From 600$ to zero - Mircosoft gives away TrueSpace for free!

TrueSpace, the great 3D modelling software, is now freeware. Microsoft took over the company which created TrueSpace (Galigare Coporation) and offers a free download now. The former price of TrueSpace was about 600$. The intentions are obvious. Microsoft tries to compete against Google. Google offers a similar program called Sketchup. SketchUp was invented to pop Google Earth into the third dimension with realistic models of buildings. TrueSpace can also export models of building to Virtual Earth, the Microsoft's answer to Google Earth. Nevertheless TrueSpace is a great program, that offers high resolution 3D modelling for free. Healthy competition is always good for the customer!
